Marno and Shelley are Aussies who gave up their normal lives in June 2005 in a moment of madness to buy a boat in the USA and cruise the world on it.

The boat is a Freedom 39 Cat Ketch, which is very easy to sail.

We are currently on the River Crouch, Essex in the UK, working to raise some more money before heading off.  We hope to leave in August or September 09, head to the Canary Islands, cross the Atlantic to the Carribean.  From there we can either take a detour down the East coast of South America, or straight through the Panama Canal to the Pacific where we would like to spend a few years.
